Next gen for pc question

In don't understand, if PC graphic cards are way more powerful than current and next gen consoles then why do the graphics look like current gen console's? I'm i missing something here?

its a current gen port.....only xbone and ps4 get the next gen version....but to be upfront modded nba14 looking real good..
