Will the Up and Under be fixed in 2K13 Yes or No.

Obviously no one can give a definitive answer right now, but I am a huge 2k fan (Only 19 and I have bought them all since 2k2!!!!) But I think the CPU Up and Under abuse is absolutely game breaking I think that more emphasis needs to be put on making the CPU force mid range Jumpers like they did in 2k11 to bring a more realistic approach to the game of basketball.

I would honestly consider holding off on a day one release purchase if I don't see more diversity and creativity in the way the CPU scores because right now they are scoring (or looking to score) WAY to many points and it is a result of up and unders and dumbed down post play.

2k said that they were going to make it easier to interrupt and they were going to put a tendency for it, so people like Pau gasol will use it a lot but PGs wont.

The way the CPU uses the up and under it leads me to believe that 2k12 is using a dab of complex learning AI. I forgot who it was. I played a game where the CPU had early success with the up and under and just sat on it. I think it was the Clippers with Kenyon Martin and Blake going to the well whenever pressed by the shot clock. It seems like if you stop the up and under early they will lay off of it.
