Legends Players available or not in NBA 2K15 or 2K16 ?

Could anybody with 2K15 or 2K16 on xbox360 tell me if legends players like Michael Jordan, Alonzo Mourning are in the game ? and can be put in Bulls or Heat today teams ?

Does a roster editor exist for 2K15 or 2K16 on xbox 360 ?

I have the ps3 version for those games which essentially is the same but yes there in both games and the classic rosters are the same as NBA 2k14. I don't know about the roster editor but I believe so since most of the game is the same as nba 2k13 and 14 and they have roster editors. I saw one file on operation sports that had update nba 2k16 roster for this year for your system if you want to check it out.
