Roster Question (Your advice would be greatly appreciated)

Hey all,

This is my first time posting on this site. I was wondering if any of you could recommend to me a solid set of rosters for game play?

1.) What/Who's rosters are the most accurate (or up to date) and realistic?

2.) What/Who's rosters are best for Association play?

3.) What/Who's rosters are best for exhibition game play against the CPU?

4.) What/Who's rosters work best with which set of sliders? Does it even matter?

By the way, I play NBA 2K11 on Xbox 360 and I do have Xbox Live and access to the internet for updates and what not, in case you needed to know.

I look forward to hearing your responses. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
