Is CAP fixed?

I was thinking with these patches lately is CAP fixed? Has gameplay changed? Haven’t played 2k in week waiting for ATD so was curious if some issues have been resolved

Nothing happened for cap. Eyebrows are the same, tattoos only available in 1 color, stash years not adjustable, ...If updated, then in a few weeks I think.

I think He referred to caps that you create a player and he looks in the game nothing like how he looks in the editing menu. It’s a known issue
