Real player % sliders

I’m curious what the consensus is on the best real% sliders this year are. I do armors usually but he’s not playing this year. I’m getting DESTROYED every game. I do defensive adjustments and everything. I’d really appreciate some help and my apologies if this post seems out of place, I’m just not enjoying this game at all at the moment.

I’m using Barnseys progression sliders and after a few weeks of frustration which I’m sure you can understand, I’ve been able to win a few I should be winning. What’s great is that I’m also losing games against superior teams. I’m enjoying these so far
