Realistic My Career Sliders

I'm looking for a slider set that forces you to play true to your overall. For example, if I am a 70 overall playing on the Spurs, I shouldn't have to carry my team in order to win games. In fact, I shouldn't have to do much at all. I want it to be difficult for my player, without affecting the outcome of the game. An undrafted rookie shouldn't be affecting the outcome in the first place. I'm still looking for realistic stats and smooth gameplay. Any recommendations?

Ok so I just realized that you can't edit My Career sliders. Does anyone have any setting recommendations (difficulty, game speed, game style, etc.) pertaining to what I listed above?
