That jumbled mess of random contact that goes on at the top of the key when running plays or just holding the ball at the top of the 3point line?

Is it between you and your teammates or defenders. I would recommend my strength slider adjustment . It opens up the court and keeps defenders at bay so more space opens up.

I also play on a game speed of 40. This allows for less herky jerky animations.
