Free Throw User Timing Window

Has anyone noticed this year that the free throw timing window is ridiculously narrow this year when playing on user timing? This is the case for even elite free throw shooters. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to fix this?

I would just lower the free throw difficulty slider. Seems to actually work this year

Where is the Free Throw Difficulty Slider located this year? Its not within User/CPU Sliders; there is only Free Throw Window Size?
