Using Armors set for 1990 season and he has 4 solid hits and I’ve seen a lot of nice bloopers. I actually think it helps and doesn’t hinder the offense like you’d think

I’ve played a hand full of games (maybe 5) with solid hits at 4 for cpu and myself and I really like it. It’s cut down on what seems to me to be too many doubles for me. I’ve also seen some nice bloopers fall in for both me and the cpu, including a couple where 3 fielders were converging on the ball and it fell in. That’s not an animation I’ve see very much.

Yes it’s solved the issues with too
Many home runs and doubles. Last game I had 9 singles and the cpu 6. Can’t imagine going back to 5. Everything was getting hammered at 90-110 exit velocity

Yes I’ve always liked to leave power at default

Yes. I’m playing everything exactly how it is in the OP except solid hits bumped down to 4.
