How often do you train your players in ON-line franchise?

What do you mean by how often? Theres just a setting for what you want your players to train in individually throughout the season

I have a training regimen set for every guy on my MLB roster, as well as my top prospects. I set everything else to auto.

I'll usually change them up halfway through the season or so to tune up different things

I mean I change their training up manually after about 5-6 days. I was wondering how often some of you guys changed your players training (if at all).
