For some reason I can't make any trades in the 2nd season. Literally none.

David Price, making 520k, can't be traded for a career minor leaguer who plays reliever.

What's up?

You're probably trying to make trades during the free-agency period, or during spring-training.

Much like IRL, guys don't want to trade anybody until later in the year. Wait until the 3rd month of the season, and they'll jump on that trade.

Also: Do you have ignore budgets set to on, or off?
