Trades in Franchise

Does anybody know if there are any settings that can be changed to get the AI to trade with each other and with me during Franchise if I don't sim any games?

I have started another Franchise and simmed games specifically to see if trades were initiated, and they were, which leads me to believe it has everything to do with the fact that I don't sim any games during the season.

I wanted to know if anybody had the same problem, and more specifically, if anybody has found a way to fix it.

Unless your games are simmed (which I hate), the AI is not going to be offering you any trades or even trade with each other.

and stop simming play the game
