Paying for Inside Edge

I don't think we should have to pay for subscriptions to teams to get Inside Edge. I mean, isn't that what our paid scouting staff is supposed to do? I assume there are scouts for all teams and they should provide batter and pitcher information for opposing teams.

My team budget is 28 million over payroll and that isn't a great amount, besides, don't these teams have scouts on their payroll?

Yes, they do have scouts on their payroll, so why do we have to pay for scouting reports???
