Pitch Ball Marker

I'm trying to make it so that I can't throw strikes every pitch, it's too easy.

Can i put the marker on fade, like it is when I play 1v1 on the same console with my buddy?

No but this would be awsome,never thought of this.Would make it more difficult and its simple.I think maybe after a while though,you would get a muscle memory type thing and start being able to paint again just from doing it so often.

Yes. when playing against a buddy on the same console, move the ball cursor around and it will fade so that your opponent cant see your pitch location. Hopefully next year, they'll give us the option to play without the marker.

They have not given us this option for five years. I have requested it year in and year out. Each time they have an excuse saying, "Pitching will be so difficult you won't even want to have this option" (or something to that effect). This is a terrible excuse, especially when it is simply untrue. This option is nearly a must for me.

Oh, and I hate the fade option (having to wait for it to disappear after you move it), but if that's the only way then go ahead and at least give us that.

Yup, I'm really not sure why it isn't avaliable. MVP had it, the show has it, mlb power pros has it, and I'm sure other games that I haven't played have it too. This is one thing that annoyed me with this years game, because I was coming from mlb 09 the show ps2, and I never had the cursor on and it made it more challenging. I can't quite remember if they have the controller virbrate around the edge of the zone in this game, but if they do I hope they will give us an option to turn that off as well.
