Is there a reason why The formation sub stopped working into CFM anyway to get it back?

I'm having issues with it myself. It hasn't stopped working, but it's picky about when it works.

Similar issues to last year's game are present.

Formations subs in Nickel sets do not stick for me, just as they didn't last year. Subs in Dime are bugged, just as they were last year.

I'm able to have subs stick in base 34/43/46 sets as well as goal line sets. That's it for defense.

I am hoping the "big" patch fixes this.
