I think that's with the modified stutter by holding both bottom buttons, R2 and L2 on PS4 then going down on the right stick.

Definitely something like that, maybe only R2. I do it accidentially sometimes - it's working but it just looks stupid as the player does not really move, but all defenders are completely disoriented with that tiny move.
