Best Lineup method glitched in MUT

Since the last update, when I go into the best lineup screen in MUT, it does not allow me to generate best chemistry lineups. It just says 'Complete your first chemistry to unlock this option'. Prior to this, I had the option to generate best base balanced offense and best base balanced defense lineups. I have gone in and manually started all my base balanced offense guys and gotten the wheel under chemistry to light up blue, but I still get the 'Complete your first chemistry' message.
