Madden 20 on the Nintendo Switch?

I have been searching the internet and have even attempted to tweet the devs.

Does anyone know why Madden 20 isn't coming to the Nintendo Switch? I was shocked that they decided not to.

For the same reason no Madden has been released on a Nintendo system since 2012.

The last time it went to Nintendo it was on the Wii U (I think that is right)

That system was a complete and utter failure. The Switch is doing very, very well sales wise. I would argue that it isn't a very good reason if that is in fact the reason.

I expect the best chance it has of being on the Switch is if xCloud is on it, which is unlikely. Unless they port some form of the mobile game to it or something.

Whenever they do bring madden to switch...hopefully they don't try to over-do it by trying to use frostbite; all they need to do is utilize the same engine that was used in the madden ps2 era.

All of this is why its not on the Switch. 'all they have to do is make an entirely new game'
