i have and xbox with action replay but when i download the file i extract it and then try to drag and drop it into the AR window but it doesnt work, i even tried deleting the date file. if someone could help i would appreciate it. thanks.

Don't extract the file. Just drag the whole downloaded folder onto the AR window.
