best PS2 rosters

hey, I've had 2k5 for a while now, but haven't actually played it yet, who has the best current roster (doesn't need to be absolutely up-to-date, but a 08-09 season roster) for the PS3? Also, how do I get it onto my PS3? Is it just the typical download to a flash drive and then upload to the PS3 (I assume you would upload it onto an Internal Memory Card since it's a PS2 game)?

Thanks for the help, I noticed on the site there were 2 08--09 rosters, one labelled "Roster" and one labelled "Franchise"

What are the differences, if any, between the two?
