CBS All Access

I dumped Hulu Live for the old fashioned antenna. No time switching so that's inconvenient but I picked up CBS All Access which allows for Live CBS. Best part is The Good Fight which I think is as good as The Good Wife. Star Trek is unexpectedly good as well. Waiting to see what they do with the Twilight zone.

Go through the cancellation process and they'll offer you half off for 2 months. Might have to wait until after the first real charge though.

Seal Team is cheesy, but still a fun watch.

Got that right now. Took the 1 week trial cancelled and a couple weeks later got the 2 for 1 deal in an email. I have to have CBS the wife needs her soap fix and I like the shows I mentioned enough to justify the $6 with the live TV kicker. Not the best deal but WTF.

Love The Good Fight but why did they go back to ten episodes? Looking forward to Twilight Zone on Monday and Perry Mason in the near future. They say that one is a limited series but if it's a hit I know they'll give it multiple seasons.

Re: CBS All Access

I watch strictly for Star Trek but I'm looking forward to The Twilight Zone!

Re: CBS All Access

The first two Twilight Zone episodes dropped. "The Comedian" was a dud, while "Nightmare at 30,000 Feet" had its moments but still couldn't capture the eeriness of the best episodes of the original. Overall a disappointment.

I recently watched the original nightmare episode, as a kid in the 80's, scared the hell outta me, but in 2019, the original didn't hold up so well. Im going to check them both out when I get off from work, Thanks for posting.

First of all, they shouldn't try remaking classic episodes like "Nightmare". You just can't recapture the original feel and zeitgeist of the moment.
