Maybe it's time for a new Stat to balance power of strikes.

There should be the power of left hand, right hand, left kick, right kick.

and there should be another stat left hand technique, right hand technique, left kick technique, right kick technique.

The power stat should be for the raw power, that should depend on the fighter's body build, like how trained and muscular and buffed are his arms or legs and buttcheeks(Most hand KO power comes from the power of the buttcheeks) and that should be basically the least amount of damage, a sloppy punch/kick should do.

The technique stat, should be about timing and depending on how well you time a strike, the more damage is added to the raw power.

For example, Jon Jones, has some skinny weak legs, but his technique is what make his kicks hurt.

Tyron Woodley has a very muscular physique, so his raw power is what mainly makes his strikes hurt.

And of course all of that should be dependant on stamina, stamina degregation should decrease the power of the strikes in both technique and raw power.

The move levels are for this. They work fine. You can tell a major difference using fighters with less power and lower level strikes.
