Hows Career mode?

Thinking of getting this game in about a week, but I wanna get some input on the career mode, and what you all think of it so far?

I haven't gotten very far, I've only made it to the ultimate fighter tournament. I did have a pretty insane fight to get into the ultimate fighter house, you can check it out here if you want: http://youtu.be/dq-C5l0Tvjk

I think it gives a decent gist of what the mode could be like.
