Goalie cover puck in 15

I am really enjoying the nhl 15 demo, Especially the puck physics. Although, my biggest issue is the goalies inability to cover the puck. Seems as though every time the goalie tries to cover up, the animation leaves the goalie vulnerable resulting in a cheesy goal. Thoughts?
