Team Morale, Manager Rating, Etc.

Is there a way to turn these features off? Or at least minimise their impact on the game?

I'd like to do some challenge rebuilds where I sim large portions of the season at a time but the players always end up so unhappy and the board always end up firing me if I don't meet a good portion of the objectives.

Alternatively, is there a way that I can create another manager and take over the same club if I end up getting fired and continue where I left off?

No.

This is one of the few sports games where you simply cannot just play as the team you want throughout an entire Career Mode/Franchise Mode/whatever you want to call it, without the risk of being "fired". Which is basically a "Game Over" screen to me.

Why? For absolutely no good reason whatsoever.

Sorry, it's not the answer you wanted but that's how it is with this game.
If you are on PC there may be ways around it if you are comfortable with using mods and/or cheat engine, but I don't know what the status is with that for FC24.

I figured that was the case.

I've played FIFA basically my whole life and have never known of anything of that nature but I've never really needed to sim whole seasons for any real reason so not looked into it in too much detail.

I see various YouTubers doing 3-5 season long rebuilds and never getting fired though so thought there might be a way around it. Maybe they just save frequently and reboot the save if results don't go there way, but that pretty much defeats the purpose of the exercise. Or perhaps they all play on PC and just use mods.

I'm not too fussed. It's not the end of the world but I just started a YouTube channel and thought some challenge rebuilds might make some fun content. Just might not be worth the hassle.

Cheers for the response!

A tip I can give you is that when starting a new save, the specific board requirements will not be the same every time. I believe the league and cup goals won't change, but the others seem quite random. So you can restart the save until you are satisfied with the goals.

Same thing before you advance to the next season, make a save before that point and if you don't like the requirements, go back and try again. Unless that has been changed, I haven't run any tests this year but that has worked in previous years.

That’s handy to know and a good idea. Thanks again!
