NCAA 12 roster editor for dynasty?

Is there something like this that exists and works? Search function for the forum is disabled, and google searches have shown people saying to use "EA DB Editor" but some say that doesn't work for NCAA 12.

Looking for a tool that lets me edit players in a dynasty file.

EDIT: Not sure where to find EA DB Editor that would be best for this either. Some of the results I find say they are for Madden, others are labeled NCAA 14 so again not sure if they would work with 12.

Thanks. Just downloaded a patch for the game and the patch added editing in that game too so I don't need to tool for what I'm doing.
