CFB25 : Who has opted out or can't be in?

- Duke - LB - #38 - 5'11 - 215 - Junior (Walk-On) - England -
- Ohio State - RB - #32 - 5'10 - 208 - Senior - Virginia - (if/when he's confirmed in, I'll delete)

And from what I understand the Duke linebacker is ineligible anyway because of his overseas birth. Not positive. I wonder if Canadians are eligible, and Australian punters.

I don't know if that's completely accurate. He stated his reason was that he was opting out until all walk-ons also got paid. No idea if it actually has something to do with being a foreigner.

Then again, Oklahoma has a freshman OL this year from England and he had to take down his merch shop because whatever visa he's here on doesn't allow him to make money from NIL.
