Creating full rosters for all 24 teams

With the editors I've read about are we able to create/edit full custom rosters for all 24 teams or only 8 teams or so? Thanks.

just replying to this cause ive been building a bunch of fantasy rosters over the last few months and wanted to post them here but i dont have permission yet so i guess i have to comment on enough things before i can post my rosters, even though this forum is almost dead
