Playoff Fantasy Football (Discussion)
Any interest in making a FOFC league? Short turnaround of saturday but we could do a draft starting Wednesday or Thursday with time limits. Thinking 10 or 20 entry. Let's see the level of interest and go from there.

So obviously this isn't taking off and I had a friend draft tonight so I wanted to bounce an idea here about what I think is the optimal strategy. My friends don't use this and the internet cheat sheets never seem to include these ideas in rankings I have found.
Shouldn't a kicker in a non re-draft be a really solid and possibly really early pick? I mean if Lutz ends up playing in 4 games he outscores any Philly or Vikings (or whoever you think is one and done) player by leaps and bounds. Also it seems like you should load up on a team after the first couple of rounds like the Patriots or Seahawks who may make a run while the rest of the league battles over 3rd/4th string Chief and Saints receivers who could possibly be one and done with hardly any points. I will admit I don't win much so maybe this is the wrong train of thought but these seem like unpopular ideas. Last edited by panerd : 01-02-2020 at 03:36 PM. |
