Fantasy football advice

I bought a team in the same insane 53 man roster keeper league service that TroyF has posted about here before. My pick is coming soon, and I have yet to take a WR. Knowing I want to skew somewhat young due to the keeper aspect, but wanting to take a player I am having trouble deciding which player to rank highest. Please vote on the selections and/or comment here.

Humorous, non-repsonsive choice added for Kodos.

Explain keeper league, is this like some ongoing multi-year endeavor?

Sorry.

Yes, keeper league means multi-year, ongoing endeavor. The exact mechanics are complicated, involving salaries, caps and contract years. It is 12 teams, and we are in the 4th round of a 41 round veteran draft. The cap allows one to fairly easily keep core players from year to year. Suffice it to say that I will have the rights to my 4th round pick (which we are voting on now) for as long as I want them.

keep in mind the offense David Boston is going into. He also has no real #2 reciever opposite him. Also, in the first year of switching teams receivers numbers are always down. I think for this season, Boston is very overrated. Still, he may outproduce Porter this year, although im not sure.

tough choice here, I understand the need for advice.

Keep in mind Porter will be a #1 when the old guys die.

Koren Robinson.

He's going to be huge this year and continue to only get better.

Travis, I had Robinson ranked ahead of both these guys (in fact, had him 5th at WR). unfortunately, so did the guy two picks before me.

Thanks for all the responses and votes guys.

In my opinion, David Boston is the clear choice. He was a top 4 WR in Arizona, where they had next to no weapons to compliment him. Now he's moving to a team that has LaDanian Tomlinson and a one year matured Drew Brees...I think he could easily vault back into the top tier of receivers.

Too bad his QB is one of the old guys as well. But Fritz is right, by taking Porter you could have somebody's #1 receiver in just a year or two.

Oooh, the Gannon being so old thing may be the argument that sways me. I had been undecided until then, but this Raider team is obviously built for now and will decline soon (possibly starting next year) while SD is young and on the way up (at least on offense).

Don't forget, the Raiders have Touiasosopo waiting in the wings

I haven't. That's why I am now leaning towards Boston.
