Confused about transferring old hard drive to new
I bought a new SSD, and I can't figure out how to replace the data in the old SSD. I want to keep the old one as a backup would important files and programs.
Any help out how to do this?

Not a techie, but I managed to upgrade my c: drive last year much more easily than I was expecting. IIRC, you need to hook up the new SSD as a slave, use something like Macrium Reflect to clone it, and then switch the cables so the slave and master drives are switched. (If that's not the case, I do remember it was pretty easy to google step by step instructions on using Macrium.) Here's the bookmark I think I used.
