Best Bad Movie you Enjoyed

Along the lines of our other movie threads, what movies did you enjoy despite them being "lacking" in plot, acting, etc? Generally a bad movie?

I'll throw one out there that I enjoyed when I was a little younger....The Man with One Red Shoe. Not one of Tom Hanks' finest (though it might have been one of Jim Belushi's ), but one I enjoyed.

For some unknown reason I really like that cheesy 80's flick, "Some Kind of Wonderful". Pretty embarrassing.

I enjoyed Waterworld. But then I watched it for free from the comfort of my couch. I can see where paying $7 to see it would upset some.

"It's a Wonderful Life" is one of my all-time favorites, but I consider it something of a guilty pleasure. It's all cheese and treacle, despite Jimmy Stewart's best efforts to provide his character with a bit more depth than the screenplay allows. Nevertheless, I watch it every year and come away satisfied. . .

I didn't enjoy it so much as I just fast-forwarded through everything but the Alyssa Milano nude scenes.

A lot of people ripped on it in the Bad Movie section, but dammit, I liked Gone in 60 Seconds.

Killer Klowns is just a classic B movie.

And if you want a realllllllly bad movie (technically speaking, pair of movie) that I kinda like.....

Warlock, and Warlock: Armageddon. Julian Sands rocks, dammit.

Hmm.....that sounds like it could make a good thread - best nude scenes in bad movies, or movies that you watched just for a nude scene

nah, I am just in a crowd scene. I was in Baltimore while they were filming part of the movie. Actually, I may be on the cutting room floor, but I like to think I made the final edit.

That's the football movie with Gene Hackman as the coach, right? Was that supposed to be a bad movie? I love that movie too! I love any movie about a misfit sports team that wins it all. Major League, The Replacements, Unnecessary Roughness, etc. Great stuff.

I remember a throwaway bit with Alec Baldwin and Jennifer Jason leigh called Miami Blues. Don't know why it stuck with me so... it's not like it was a great film or anything. A few friends found it, and we all watched it several times - got to where we could memorize most of the damned thing.

"Ahh, de speedboat? De speedboat eez veddy expennnsive."

"Well... wrap it up."

But it did have the whold hot girls dancing sluttily element, and John Goodman, and that moment at the end, during the release party, where you say to yourself, "why did they put John Goodman in a female country singer outfit? OH MY GOD THAT'S LEANN RIMES!"

Did I mention the "looks like she's 12" Piper Perabo in a thong?

All that's missing here is Keanu Reeves leading these slutty girls past a far superior troop of professional slutty bar dancing girls against all odds.

I have to confess that watching "Hudson Hawk" and "Fifth Element" is a guilty pleasure of mine. Part of me love those childlish, simplistic B-flicks with an A budget.

And, "Speed" is a great movie!
