FOOLX File
Alright here is the link to the FOOLX file.
http://www.foolleague.com/gamex/lgfile/FOOLX.tar.gz You will also need the settings file. The link to the site is in my signature. If for some reason you aren't registered on the site, just post in here that you need the link for the settings file and I'll PM it to you. Its probably easier this way then registering at the site. The file will go into the Documents/Out Of The Park Baseball 13/saved games/FOOLX/settings folder. After you place the file in its proper place try to download the file in game again. If you connect to the site you'll see it update as you would any other time. If for any reason you have a problem do me a favor.... DON'T PANIC BECAUSE I'LL HELP YOU. MAC USERS NOTE: Eddie tested it out and asked me to tell you that you have to extract the file twice. Right click and select open as, is what he said to do.

Sorry 1 more note that I forgot....
The new compensation rule is implemented but it takes 1 season for it to kick in. One more season in the current system.
