Celebrity Hot or Not 2.0, Vol. 61: Poppy Montgomery.

Who the hell is Poppy Montgomery? I don't know. But searching on Google for her it says she is on some show called "Without a Trace" whatever the hell that is. Anyway Jackie from "That 70's Show" scored in at #5 with 88.78%... Go Figure...

There appears that there might be nudes out there as well... in case you are into that thing.

Attractive but I don't know if I would put her in the hot category.

Loved Without a Trace, especially when Roselyn Sanchez joined the cast. She is hot.

Errrrr. I guess I've seen her in stuff where I went "she's a good looking lady". Weird, she's not quite milfy but she's no spring chicken either. She's in the nether world of sexual thoughts, the dangling participle between yes and no. Celebrity hot? Probably not. Would I kick her out of my bed? Of course not. Would she stand out to me in a bar? Probably not. Would she become the focus of my thoughts if I saw her in Walmart? Yes. Gonna have to vote no on this one but it's not like I actively dislike anything about her per se. She's just not on a certain level.

If you are going with blondes from CBS procedural dramas, I'd have to go with A.J. Cook, who played Jennifer "J.J." Jareau on Criminal Minds.

I keep finding the highlighted part quite hilarious as someone said it for Mila too and I think some others before that. I think a more appropriate phrase would be, "Would she invite you into her bed?" No probably not, unless it was to change the sheets or redesign the wallpaper or do her hair and talk about flower arranging.

Another way of thinking of it is why would you go to fantasy bed with someone you didn't find hot?

I'm not commenting about this particular girl hot or not, just the overuse of the phrase itself. I just find it ridiculous.

There's just something that's off about her, to where she's not as hot as she should or could be. The sum does not equal the parts.

So I vote Not.

If she was in a lineup of girls and I got to ask them to either have sex with me or not, I would ask her, it doesn't mean I think she's HOT.

Common misconception: attractive women are above the rest of the general population and want nothing to do with us outside of general labor. I have dated women hotter than most of the women we have been voting on here, and guess what? If you actually approach one, be yourself, and don't act like a nerdy text-simmer, you might be surprised at what happens.

Warsh is a Pittsburghese word. Also known as 'woosh' too. And even wash sometimes.

Hmm ... I heard "warsh" growing up, typically from grandparent-aged persons or older. And I knew no Pittsburghers that I can recall, so there's gotta be some broader explanation I think.

Googling suggests this theory:

Their immigrant ancestors were the urban middle-class British. These British English speakers tend to say [warsh], [lawr], etc. It is overcompensation in a dialect where the R is regularly (yes, regularly, governed by rule) lost after the sound AH: car become [cah], marsh become [mahsh], and so on.

At some point some influential speakers of this dialect became aware they were dropping the Rs and tried to replace them. However, since they had never heard them from their parents, they didn’t know where to put them. As a result, they tended to put Rs after every AH sound, whether they were supposed to be there or not.

I voted not. I'm sure everybody has their own personal rules or criteria for voting but here's mine.

If by some crazy situation of events I had a very real shot with her and she was all over me...and I had to decline and give the old "Sorry, I'm married" response...would part of me think, "Dam...WTF did you do that for?!"

Another barometer for me is whether I think there is a possibility of being so attracted to this woman in a real life social environment that I'd have difficulty actually having a conversation with her. Certainly in a professional environment you have a very real purpose to have a conversation so your not entirely on "that" train of thoughts but in a social or non-forced situation like a bar/club or party of sorts, it can be a lot different.

In this case, she's very attractive & all but I don't see her hotness as being overwhelming in any way. I don't know her from her acting roles though, so maybe that's why its completely based on her looks. And by that standard, she's simply a very attractive woman...but not Celeb HOT.

It's odd that this is something you guys have never heard of. Around here in CA, it's pretty common.

Of course, here, it's "Papi", which is Spanish for "Dad" or "Pop" or whatever.

While y'all folks might be white, it wouldn't surprise me if that title started forward from the Spanish version.

BTW, this girl is a good example of a chick who is super hot when you see her moving around and not so much in pictures.
