In House Network Help
Okay I need a lot of help from someone smarter than me when it comes to computer networks (most everybody). Our house is wired with cat 5 cable so that each room has a cat5 port. We have 7 computers that run on the network and have a Comcast business class 4 port router/modem bringing the internet into the house and a Linsys Wireless N Gigabit router running the wireless side of things. The issue is that the 5 computers who are running windows 7 are constantly losing their internet connection both wireless and wired. In order to resolve this the users have to go in and disable and then enable their wireless or wired network adapter.
I have no clue what to do in order to resolve this issue, any ideas? |

Presumably if it's happening to all your wired connections it's an issue with the Comcast router, I'd call them.

It actually happens to the wired and wireless systems that run Windows 7. My old ass laptop and desktop using XP work just fine.
