Sourdough recipes
I was curious, I recently started making homemade sourdough breads, and was wondering if anyone on the boards here have any good sourdough recipes to share.
Most of the recipes I have found require some dry or active yeast, which defeats the purpose of growing your own sourdough started. |

Try searching for "sourdough starter" recipes.
This one looks promising: http://www.io.com/~sjohn/sour.htm /tk

Sorry, wasn't clear in the original message, I've got my starter made. I'm looking for recipes that just use the starter rather than store bought yeasts.
Here's an example of what I mean. Basic Sourdough Bread Recipe : Emeril Lagasse : Food Network Something along the lines of this: http://www.sourdoughhome.com/ciabatta.html |
