I pledge not to play Hattrick, CM4, or OOTP5

Nothing at all against these games, but I'm beginning to wonder If I'm the only person around here who hasn't played any of them. Who will join me?? Perhaps I should go to Iraq, and the Information Minister and I can chat about successful resistance strategies.

You must have a lot of spare time then.

You should give in to Hattrick. Hours of fun.

Well I doubt I'll ever play a soccer game so anything along those lines is out. I've played a bit of OOTP5 but I'm done until they fix some of those annoying little things I posted a while back. It just gets to me too much after a while. I'm finding almost any game difficult to play now. The fact that the game I'm playing the most is Brood War is pretty good evidence I'm gamed out for now.

I own and installed FOF4, but really haven't played it yet. I've played more games on NES than games on my computer in the last few months.

I signed up for Hatrick but wound up never playing it. I have no interest in CM4. OOTP5, on the other hand, has drawn me in. Two out of three ain't bad, is it?

I thought about checking out OOTP, as I love baseball but hate MLB.

I play FOF, Madden, and I have 8 children. If I want a soccer team, I just send the kids outside. If I want baseball, I'm the pitcher. If I want hockey, I flood my four-car garage (it's cold here in Iowa right now!).

I'm going to have to adopt if I want a football team. So until then, FOF and Madden ONLY!

Which is where OOTP5 comes in handy, because you can create your own custom league with fictional players... sweeeeet

Me too. Watched almost all of the LLWS last year and was riveted. I can watch the local kids at a park too, just not MLB.

Too funny.

How do you afford computer games (or a computer, for that matter) when you have 8 kids to feed??? I've got one, and he costs more to feed than my four horses (I'm not making this up...)

I haven't played CM4, OOTP5, or Hattrick, either... not necessarily opposed to it... just haven't got that much spare time.

I enjoy the rise people get out of me talking about my family. But to answer your question specifically:

1. I've got a great God looking out for me
2. Don't own credit cards
3. Own my cars free and clear
4. Living in Iowa keeps my mortgage under $600 a month
5. I buy in bulk from discount places.
6. And as for feeding, I got one word for you, my man-- ALDI'S !
