I'm Highland Park, Gibbs is Mike, right? I think the other game is Tucker vs Allendale.
Mike, I'm available to play most nights past 10pm eastern time and can pretty much make it earlier if we set a time. I can play tonight. Although I won't be able to check this thread again until probably after 8pm. I can play Saturday morning or early afternoon. I'm out of pocket all day Friday and Saturday night. Let me know what works for you. |

FYI - I won't advance without you guys getting the chance to play unless you guys ask me to for some reason. I will treat human v. human games that way in general.

Yeah, the good news is our game did not drop and the bad news is the lag was horrible. The first drive for each of us was much better, but still a lot of lag. It really makes things harder on defense, I think.
We really played a one score game. Mike attempted an onsides kick with a few minutes on the clock. Since I recovered, he ended up making a high risk / high reward run commit to the right while I was rushing and I ended up popping out past the line in the opposite direction for a score. Otherwise it would have likely been a 7 point game. |

Sucks about the lag .
Good news, in general, is it's notable because it's so rare imo.

Nice game I had with cmp.
I had no business being in the game period, as I had major defensive problems throughout. I was down 28-7 with :20 left in the first half, with my only TD coming on a fluke flutter ball that my QB threw as he was being sacked that was somehow hauled in and run in for 12 yards... this coming after I had picked him off around his 20. With :20 left, I was able to break a kickoff return for a TD after my man somehow broke a seemingly easy tackle, so I went in at half down just 28-14. My defense played much better in the 2nd half, and I was able to close the gap to 35-28 and get the ball back with about 2:00 left. Poor clock management left me about 40 yards away with about :25 left, and I ended up throwing a pick on a quick slant route to end the game. cmp did mostly what he wanted on offense in the game, but I was proud that I at least hung with it and had a chance to tie it late. Good game, sir.

Your defense was giving me fits in the 4th quarter. My running game stalled there. I don't usually go to the air so it definitely became a challenge. Good game.
