Bah its alright. I have to admit he's probably the best pitcher ever. I really think the Prado award ought to get a name change a few seasons after Sierra retires.

I do think its criminal, though, that Villarreal is so far down the list.

Oh and awesome job Alan, I thought about doing something like this and stopped when I discovered how daunting it was going to be comparing generations and such. Bravo!

If it makes you feel any better, my favorite FOOL player of all time only made it to #67 on the list despite him being the career leader in Strikeouts until Sierra broke it!

Fantastic list. I only recall ever having eight of them grace my rosters, and most of them were later in their careers, after their reps were already established (Gil, Blackmore, Reyes). I did develop Larry Abbott and made him a 2B (he was a 1B originally), and of course, the pinnacle Hooligan is at #10, Ryuichi Hasegawa.

I think it would have been fair to move Carlos Gonzales higher on the list. He was amazing for quite a while.

The guys who shined in the old days had it a lot harder. The competition was steeper there were more teams and guys who dominate now would have had a much harder time competing with the team of the 60s and 70s.

Great list.
