"Spring Forward" Sucks
I just had to get that off of my chest. Frickin' daylight savings time.

I agree with KWhit.. Nothing worse than the middle of the damn winter when it starts getting dark at like 4-something in the afternoon. Talk about depressing..
Bring Daylight Savings Time On!!

But then why have daylight savings for the spring & summer? Why not in the winter so that it gets dark at least after 5. I hate the summers that I occasionally spend in Seattle when the sun goes down after 10:00 PM.

I hate daylight too, but I don't have to worry about daylight saving time either.

I like Spring forward. It's very handy. I can play golf after work in the summer.

Instead of losing an hour, I propose gaining 23 hours. Much better!

Man, such a tough question...ball golf is more fun, in my opinion, but much more expensive as well...being a college student, my disc golf skills have definitely improved dramatically

I love it. It means... play-off hockey! 7:00 pm EST starts while it's still sunny out. Ahhh!

Well, I guess you pro-DST guys are right. The price that I pay for your extra round of golf is DEFINATELY worth it. My daughter won't wake up on time because her body thinks it's 5am instead of 6, nor will she go to sleep on time for the same reason, the extra oppuritunity for my wife to send me out to do yard work as soon as I get home after work, having to change all of the clocks in my house and at work...yeah, you guys to enjoy your friggin' sunshine. Jerks.

I know what you are talking about Sach, but what you don't realize is, that extra hour of daylight comes in handy, because your daughter can play outside a hour later and get tired alot faster, allowing you to relax and watch hockey instead of cartoons or playing Polly Pockets, I mean watching my wife play Polly Pockets!

I never thought about it that way, Cards. Hmmm, maybe it isn't so bad. And there is hockey. Maybe I should try golf again?

If it makes you feel any better, we're getting snow right now. A few inches of this will definitely delay my golfing plans. |
