I think the Big East has shown they are a very powerfull basketball confrence. Pitt, UConn, and Notre Dame all had solid tournaments and 'Cuse can win it all, and if Anthony returns next year they SHOULD win it all. Plus take into consideration that the final 2 NIT teams were from the big east I think it's time the confrence gets some big-time credit.

One thing I will say is that the conference had a much better year than most people thought they would. One thing the NIT does is shows that they have a pretty solid conference top to bottom.
