The 2009 Ashes Series

It's that time again.. Australia v England, five Test Matches, the Ashes at stake.. A lot of changeover in Australia from the last Ashes series in England (I'm pretending that the 5-0 series whitewash didn't happen in 07 ), no Shane Warne, no Glenn McGrath.. let's see how it turns out.. should be a month of great theatre.

First Test match is at Cardiff, which is making its debut as a Test match grounds... England won the toss, elected to bat.. not a great first session for the English, 97 for three (97 runs, 3 wickets (out of 10) down so far.

Second session is all England, they add nearly another hundred runs to the score, don't lose a wicket, and are at 194 for 3.
