Actually, this is an example of an ad that is served based on a user's browsing history. This is becoming a common practice in the banner ad industry. For example, if I visit a site like MLB.com and then come here, I might see a baseball-related ad. If somebody else was on NFL.com instead, they'd get football content. It's a way to make sure the ads are relevant to the user's interest.

In this case, the ad you're talking about is only served to people who've previously viewed lip-fetish porn sites.

So... hope that clear everything up.
