NFL Week 4!

Wow, don't see a thread yet anywhere for this..

Larry Johnson starts things off great for KC against Denver with a huge run in what has to be the largest hole I've ever seen in an offensive line.

Of course KC, being KC settle only on a field goal after a huge run that put them in the red zone.

So those watching the Falcons/Panthers game, lame roughing the passer call against Peppers that negated a INT return for a TD?

thats great...i had to pick up a defense to cover my bye week (patriots) so i took denver, thinking KC would be as inept today as they have been all season

KC is driving at the 4 yard line or something like that.. with a 2nd and 2..

Huard doesn't look bad at QB for KC, and LJ looks ok.. but that KC line sure looks bad most of the time (other than that one previously mentioned running play). Right now Denver just is looking sloppy like they were looking past this game or something.

Well, so much for that.. got to the 3 yard line, and have to settle for another FG for KC.

I know that KC always plays Denver tough at home, but this Denver offense looks entirely different than the past few weeks.

The Falcons are keeping it close so far in Carolina. 7-6, with the last FG coming after a botched punt that ended up blocked.

J.T. needs to throw the ball away when he leaves the pocket...Taking way too many sacks on plays where the coverage leaves no options downfield.

Weird...on NFL gametracker they have the score wrong. It's 21-0 Jets.

Edit: They just fixed it.

Another Denver catch -> Fumble -> turn over with a huge run back for KC to the 1 yard line.

The Falcons get another FG after an amazing 40 yard run from Norwood. Two phantom holding calls cost them getting more out the drive.

Wow. We kick off with 10 seconds left, sack Warner, he fumbles for the 3rd time, we recover, and kick another FG. 34-0

He has some of the best hands in the NFL. Seriously. He is small and not very athletic though. He has been with the Saints for a few years, and now injuries has given him the chance to get more passes thrown his way.

Brees could make any WR a pro-bowler for a day.

Derek Anderson sucks, and Crennel must realize he's going to get fired and there is no reason to try so thats why he's keeping him in the damn game.

The Falcons are moving the ball a bit, but keep stalling out at mid-field. Usually it is a penalty that leaves them at Third and long, and this is just not good situation to keep putting your rookie QB in. I am very impressed with Ryan yet again, though. He's only made one huge mistake (which would been a pick 6 except for a penalty), and has made some good throws under pressure. He would have picked up the last third and long, if his fellow rookie Douglas would made an easy catch.

The Panthers are driving now, and will probably put this away.

Yeah Grant, this is the first good look I've had at Ryan, and he's holding his own for the most part. Lucky the INT he threw early in the game got called back, but otherwise seems to be playing with a lot of poise.

I'm actually losing 45-42 right now to QB and D-less Guy because of Edgerrin having 18 fantasy points.

Hope T-Gon can get back in the game. Arrowhead will go crazy if he can get 25 more yards and pass Sharpe's career yardage records for TE against Denver.

Chiefs showing the Broncos are a 2-2 team, not a 4-0 team. How can you give up 24 points to the Chiefs?

The Packers are the walking infirmary. They've lost 3 DBs, 2 DL a LB and Rodgers is iffy to return.

EDIT: He returned and got rocked on a pass attempt that ended up getting picked. Ugh, one to forget for the Pack.

You can say that again, Arles. One to forget. Clifton didn't have a good day. Only one of those INTs by Rodgers was a bad throw. I had so much promise for this game after the first drive, but then the wheels came off. If not for Brian Griese, it would have been a blowout. Still 2-2, Vikings lost, Chicago has a tough opponent tonight, and the Falcons are on the schedule for next week. Thank God for the NFC North.

Why the hell did the Jets go for 2 when they are up by 19 with under 2 minutes left in the game? Were they really that afraid that the Cardinals would score 2 touchdowns in about 110 seconds?
