I'll dig around there a little more after work, but I remember (not first-hand, from school), of a 1952 ad that made Eisenhower look like...well, Sarah Palin. But a lot worse. |

I think Bush in '88 had the most effective ad campaign ever. The campaign came up with a couple of ideas and images that just really clicked with people, particularly these, which I still remember all these years later.

Until recently I thought McCain's ads were very good. I loved how they used the same visuals and type for all their anti-Obama ads.
