Denver cell phone service help

This is for any of current or former Denver/Colorado Springs FOFCers who know about the single strength in the Castle Rock area especially around the Castlewood Ranch area up on the eastern ridge near the Castlewood Canyon.
We prefer T-Mobile but............
It appears from the carriers coverage maps online that where are home is the signal strength is quite poor for T-Mobile and also Cingular/AT&T and none existant for Sprint. Verizon has such a broad mapping of area coverage around the country it tells very little. I am assumimg they also have a weak signal and just are hiding it.
Verizon maybe the safe choice but when they have no free Blackberry deals and charge 200-300 dollars plus higher plan fees it is tough to swallow. Anyone who has experince with this area and wirless phone service your advice would be appreciated.
