Grapple
I don't know how it was done. It doesn't really matter to me. Today, I ate a grapple. It is pronounced gray-ple. It is an apple that tastes a lot like a grape.

Grapples rock! I've been buying them for a couple of years, they sell them in a 4 pack at our local Kroger...I've never looked for them at Publix so I'm not sure if they carry them as well. I know the farmer's market (Fresh Market) also has them...
