Fairway Solitaire

http://www.bigfishgames.com/download...FReQGgodEB-jFQ

If you read Bill Harris's blog: http://dubiousquality.blogspot.com/ he raved about this game, so I decided to play the free hour.

One hour later, I bought it ($20).

I didn't see anything on here about this game, but is it addicting!!

How do you play? I see no instructions on the site, and the video has no info either...

The demo walks you through everything you need to know and as it teaches you, the help gradually goes away.

I'm not worried about that - I'm just interested to know how the game is played to know if I want to d/l it or not.

So I'll ask again, how do you play?

It's so easy you don't even have to know how to play. Just download it!

I bought it through bigfishgames.com. I have a subscription on that site, so I was able to buy it for only $6.95. I just finished the game about a week ago. It really is a lot of fun. I'm not sure if I'll ever go back to it, but for the small price I paid, I definitely got my money's worth. At $20, it's still a pretty good deal, I would think. It's a lot of fun.

Its basically the solitaire game where you have cards out on the open and you have a stack of cards in your hand. Flip that card and if you can click a card out in the open that is one card away from your hand then click it. Point is to get a lot of runs. If you've got a 9, find an 8 or 10..

Its much like Pyramids, with a twist.

LOL, I love that solitare was just described.

I would guess the twist is the point of interest. Just a guess though.

DO NOT PLAY THE LYNCH CARD IF WILL SMITH COMES UP ON THE SCREEN. IT IS A TRAP.

DO PLAY THE DAVID LYNCH CARD IF KYLE MACLACHLAN COMES UP.

There's a coupon code out there (or two) that'll give you 40% off the purchase, making it $11.99. Great price for a fun little game with more depth than you'd expect.

If you use both coupon codes, does that give you 80% off?

if you use both coupon codes and don't come out ahead, use four coupon codes and get 160% off. if that doesn't work, use eight coupon codes. if you still don't have any money, maybe using coupons isn't the game for you.

The more you play it, the more you appreciate something that seems so simple, yet provides hours of fun.

I can name 10 games right off the bat that cost double and triple this game, yet provide ZERO enjoyment.

Somewhere near the CARNIVAL at which lots of CARNIVAL music is played and CARNIVAL workers -- some with tiny little CARNIVAL worker hands -- will administer CARNIVAL rides and ensure you have a good time at the CARNIVAL.

Holy Shit Pumpy, I just read this thread, and I was laughing so hard my wife was looking at me like I was having a stroke. This was my favorite though:

I don't mean to threadjack, what with this being Pumpy Day and all, but I second the recommendation. Fairway Solitaire is worth the purchase - use code WWMAG for $6 off - unless you want to double. YMMV,

I picked up Fairway Solitaire last night... great game! I used the WWMAG code and it is well worth the $14.

Man, you guys are late to the party. I've had it for over 6 weeks. It's a very good game - one of the rare games that has a good "campaign" mode that's worth playing after the campaign is over.
