He'll be the VP through next year, at which point he'll fire CamCam and take over as the HC. He'll keep that job three years or until he has a heart attack, whichever comes first.

I'm really tempted to vote that he gets out of this before the draft, but I think he'll stick around 2 years, and then get pissed off that someone else in the front office making a decision he doesn't agree with.
